Through mastery coaching, I collaborate to shape the life Black teens and young adults envision for themselves. Together, we work on designing a life brimming with a continuous flow of positive emotions, purpose, accomplishments, fulfilling relationships, and happiness. I am their co-creator, compassionate accountability partner, educator, and cheerleader who meets them wherever they are in life.

We believe that every young person has the potential to achieve great things, and we are committed to helping them reach their goals.

By fostering a supportive and empowering coaching relationship, we encourage Black teens and young adults to step out of their comfort zone and embrace new opportunities. Our sessions inspire introspection, spark creativity, and cultivate a mindset of abundance and gratitude. 

With personalized strategies tailored to unique strengths and aspirations, we help Black teens and young adults navigate life's challenges and maximize their potential. Our holistic approach ensures that every aspect of their well-being is addressed, from emotional resilience and mental clarity to physical vitality and financial growth.

Our coaching content is an integrated space for personal development, social-emotional intelligence, and self-empowerment. We developed the liberatory coaching practice of Radical Meaning Making. Meaning-making shapes how we see, categorize, and describe our experiences. Meaning-making addresses all peoples' needs for purpose, fulfillment, and satisfaction; a need to follow a value system,  a sense of control,ol and self-worth. 

The main objective of our content is to increase Black teens and young adults’ self-awareness, self-management, identity development, and positive intelligence skills needed for a successful transition into adulthood.
